Job Description:
Our Travel Consultant Apprentice programme offers you the chance to build a rewarding career in travel whilst earning from day one. You’ll work alongside our experienced travel consultants at one of our 12 nationwide branches, learning the skills needed to provide outstanding customer service and expert holiday advice to our clients.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will:
- Gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification
- Learn to research, plan and book all aspects of customers’ holiday experiences
- Develop expertise in destinations, airlines, cruises, accommodation, and package tours
- Assist customers with travel arrangements, transfers, and travel-related information
- Support the team in managing client enquiries and maximising sales opportunities
- Build relationships with supplier partners and colleagues across the business
- Attend training sessions and product knowledge events to develop your expertise
- Work towards achieving branch targets whilst receiving ongoing mentorship
