Jed, the manager, and his team are the sort of professionals who you can trust to take an interest in understanding exactly what sort of holiday experience you are looking for and finding that for you. Whether it’s an off the shelf experience or a bespoke package, we’ve enjoyed many delightful holidays booked through this team. We’re also realistic enough to know that airlines sometimes have problems and we’ve been reassured that, on the odd occasion that happens, the people we know at Spear have intervened to resolve that problem.
