Thailand Trip Exceeded Expectations

Just returned from a holiday in Bangkok and Krabi that could not have gone better. It was the first time we had used Spear Travels and, indeed, the first time in many years we had used a travel agent. Sharon noted our requirements and found convenient flights and top quality hotels within our budget, ticking all the boxes – river view, beachfront with sea view etc. and adding welcome bonuses that we hadn’t specified, such as a club lounge and limos. She was friendly and accessible throughout the process. Transfers and connections worked like clockwork. We will definitely speak to Spear Travels next time we’re planning a non-standard holiday (and probably for some standard trips too).
