Going to Thailand and Emma was really helpful. She recommended staying in Bangkok for a few days which I wasn’t sure about it. Bangkok exceeded all expectations. It was amazing. Was with kids (13 and 16) and they loved it too. The hotel was perfectly placed to explore different areas using their underground train and sky train. Probably our favourite place we visited. Krabi was also amazing and Phuket was a lovely relaxing end to the stay. Emma had the patience of a saint during booking and was very helpful throughout.
