We initially booked our Danube river cruise through Broads Travel with Riviera. After a few months Riviera advised the new ship we should have been travelling in would not be ready. Broads were so helpful giving us all the new options of dates and ships available. It took all the stress out of what at the time was a disappointing situation. We had to make a decision fairly quickly as the availability wasn’t great. Thanks to their efficiency and knowledge of the cabins etc they managed to re-book on a ship with dates that suited and cabins that suited us. Using Broads took the hassle out of everything, the customer service is first class. What I like is they kept me informed through the whole process. Also the extra service they provide booking the airline seats, checking you in and going through all the fine details of the trip so that nothing is left to chance. Thanks to Broads we had a great cruise with all the arrangements working perfectly. Their knowledge of the travel industry is excellent and their customer service is first class.
