Caitlin was very helpful throughout with our needs regarding accessible transport to and from the airport to the cruise ship. Passenger assistance at airports was arranged as agreed; however, as this falls outside of airport control, we unfortunately experienced a delay of one and a half hours getting off the plane on arrival in Malta.
Overall, this was our first fly-cruise and a real learning experience. We have already booked another, and we will continue to use Spear Travels as our travel agent.
