Tanya and Chelsea not only helped us with creating a great holiday but, crucially, they were there to support when things went wrong due to no fault of theirs. When we were evacuated due to wildfires they were supporting us all the way at a distance, ensuring we were able to continue the holiday with alternative arrangements and then helping us getting refunds for the holiday parts we missed.
