Chelsea’s Outstanding Service

Want to thank Chelsea from Spear Travels Thame. Booked a trip to Kraków (which was a surprise from my husband). Once again she found us the perfect hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the square where the Christmas market was held. Helped with booking trip to Auschwitz, which is definitely a must. Due to fog, our EasyJet flight was cancelled so we couldn’t return home till the following day. Before we had even booked into the hotel (booked by EasyJet), she had rebooked our flights for the following day and sent us our boarding passes. Thank you Chelsea, you always go above and beyond.
