Excellent. They were helpful with providing different quotes at the start, enabling me to plan a trip exactly how I wanted it. They were super helpful with booking everything, finding good hotels, airport shuttles etc. and sending me all of the info. During the trip they were very responsive to my requests to change the date of a flight and did that for me. They responded quickly to all of my requests and Jed in particular was brilliant. Overall they were great and I recommend them.
